Positive: It is located in a great place, the lake is ~2-3 mins walking distance, quiet place, has parking, which is very convenient, given the parking around the lake area is not that easy. Keyless apartments, which is very comfortable. Brand new, hence super-clean, we really enjoyed our stay there!
